When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

Orders are shipped on Monday through Friday. Orders are not delivered on Sunday.
Shipping rates are included in the handling fee. Please order online or email the shipping manager at kim@josephinesworld.com if you have any questions. JosephinesWorld.com is not responsible for any delays caused by USPS/UPS or any adverse weather conditions. Place an order today, an order will not ship until the next business day. 24-hour handling time.


We reserve the right to refuse refunds. To be eligible for a return, your shipment must be unused and in the same structure that you received it. We do not cover return shipping unless otherwise stated.
